  • Whether this is your first visit or your 100th visit, we strive to make all of our clients feel welcome + comfortable. Our space and policies encourage open communication between our experts and clients, so during your first visit we love to get to know you and your skin! In addition to filling out our online forms (best done online more than 24 hours before your appointment) we might ask some questions to get to know your skin + your skin goals really well so we can reach those goals together through a customized treatment plan. Other than that, you will be offered a blanket, you can make yourself comfy, and sit back, relax, and enjoy!

  • We recommend facial treatments every 4-6 weeks for best results!

  • We offer a wide variety of results focused treatment because we pride ourselves in getting our clients the results they desire no matter what their concern. Please see our current menu under our booking link for a full list of services and current pricing.

  • At this time, we do not offer laser treatments to those who are pregnant. However, if you are nursing we can treat you. As always, please first consult with your doctor.

  • Of course! Any of our customized facial treatments are safe if you are currently pregnant. Please let your provider know if there is anything we can do to make your treatment as comfortable as possible for you such as a bolster under your legs. All of our facials are safe for nursing individuals however if you have any concerns please consult with your doctor prior to treatment.

  • We can treat any individual over the age of 12 with parental consent.

  • We currently do not advise being treated by us and your dermatologist/doctor for acne concerns. Our acne program currently requires the use of all prescriptions for skin related concerns to be discontinued for 30 days prior to beginning the program.

  • A valid credit card must be put on file at the time the appointment is made. This card is only charged in the event you do not show to your appointment or cancel within our cancelation policy. You may use a different form of payment after your appointment has been completed if you wish. Please see our cancellation policy under “policies'' for more information.

  • No worries! We always have your skin's best interest in mind. If we feel the service you booked is not the best for your skin at that time, we will simply alter the services to something we feel is a better fit for you, your skin, and your skin goals.

  • We reserve our appointment slots just for you and turn down other clients for these times. We hope our clients respect our time as much as we respect theirs. We want to ensure our small business doors can stay open as long as possible so we can continue to serve you! For more information about our policies, please see our policy page.

  1. Individuals who have received Botox or Dermal fillers (any injectables), chemical peels, micro-needling, micro-blading, permanent makeup/tattoo, cosmetic treatments with laser or ultrasound, must wait at least 2 weeks before any facial treatment can be performed.

  2. Individuals prescribed Accutane (Isotretinoin Therapy) must wait 6-12 months after completion of the prescription before any facial treatment can be performed.

  3. If you are currently under the care of a doctor or dermatologist and taking oral anit-biotics or topical antibiotics, we ask you to wait two weeks after you discontinue use to receive any facial treatment.
