Owner of The Face Space
Hi! I’m Erin and I’m grateful you are here!
I’ve always loved making people feel great. I began my career in aesthetics in 2014 as a makeup artist and honestly what I loved more than playing with makeup was connecting with my clients 1-1. As my career as a makeup artist progressed, I found myself becoming obsessed with the organ I was applying all of this beautiful makeup to, the skin.
I realized quickly that my art only looked like the canvas it was painted on. I deeply dove down a skin care rabbit hole and was determined that if I was going to be a great makeup artist, I had to know everything I could about skin. So I enrolled myself into esthetics school.
During this time my life shifted greatly. I became a mom. I was working full-time, going to school at night, and taking weekend jobs. Through this, I found myself with my own bout of adult acne where I never had acne before.
And although I was in esthetics school and doing all the “right” things, my skin only began getting worse. I was determined to find a solution. I graduated esthetic school and realized that I had only just scraped the surface on learning how complex the skin truly is. I took endless courses, did endless research, finally began to get a handle on my skin, and became completely obsessed with this beautiful organ I now get to treat every day.
After working at multiple places in the esthetics space, I realized something was missing in those dark facial rooms. I was craving connecting with my clients again like I had when working as a makeup artist. I was craving a team of educated experts who loved the skin as much as I did. I was craving the opportunity to continuously grow with, educate, and HEAL my clients skin. So in the midst of the pandemic of 2020 the idea of this beautiful space we now call The Face Space was born.
The Face Space is a place I want everyone to feel welcome in. A place that can be trusted and where you can be heard. A place where you can get the results you crave in the approachable environment you deserve. I hope you love it here. Let’s glow together.
